legal ride height

    Does anyone know how low is legal in the Los Angeles area?Where is the measurement from?

    i haven't checked but it seems a general way to tell is no part of the chassis should hang lower then the bottom of the wheel.

    so low pro tires can let you "legally" sit lower. the bigger things to worry about is headlight, taillight and license plate height requirements.

    Yea jknpatt of the fram should be lower than the bottom of the wheel. Go on the DMV website n look thru the laws.

    Agreed ^^^ but I believe headlights can't be lower than 21 or 22 inches license plate no lower than 12" tail lights is the same as headlights I think
