Anyone in Las Vegas???? I see other people getting cruises together, and I want to cruise too. Cruising w/ myself is no fun
cruise out to cali no really....... we have had people cruise out from arizona and vegas to come do cruises with the other truck guys
I got it figured out. I am just going to develop a multi personality complex. I'll never roll alone again. If I get enough of them I can start my own crew!!!
thats a good idea so long as you dont need them to back you up in a gang fight..... might not find the backup you thought you had
i did. but im back in seattle-ish for a while. me and my dad wanna finally start up our auto shop. so hopefully oh-ten works out for that. lol. there werent ever any cool cars down there though. thats for sure. lol
We do. Just the Honda crowd has them out numbered. Every where you look, there is a Honda. Then every now and then you see something old and cool
yeah i feel that. this past spring i couldnt ever find minitruckers to cruise with so i hung out with the honda crowd...just like minis, some are hacked up and some are badass. was fun having people with the mentality of "lets go speeding" not "lets just cruise 5 over" haha
I lived in Las Vegas for 12 years...that's pretty much where I obtained my love for minitrucks. I am still friends with people from back in the club days and some still have trucks. I left 11 years ago and even then ricers were starting to take over.
I've been in Vegas for about a year now. To tell you the truth I rarely see any mini truckers here. Like what jd said there's more honda guys than anything else out here I don't even know if people host meet and greets here or any truck cruise or what so ever here. And I'm pretty sure there's not much of mini truckers from Vegas on this forums. The only one I see mostly is jd.
I actually know know where like 5 or 6 really nice trucks are. There is 1 in my neighborhood that I swear hasn't moved in about 3 years. The sun bleached the concrete around his truck. Another Yota truck, a 79 shortbed is about 2 blocks away. Too bad the owner does not speak any English. I've seen a pair of bagged Mazda's, primered black, rolling down Craig. They are here somewhere. I think I may have to go talk to one of my friends, have him set up a website or something, and start advertising. Everytime I see a truck, stick a flyer on it. Only problem is, I don't think I could stand to roll w/ a bunch of mini truckers. No matter how many times I hear that term, mini trucker, it all ways irriates the hell out of me. I love the way alot of trucks look, even though bags are not for me. I appreciate the work that goes into alot of trucks, and the creativity of the owners. But that stupid faucking word MINI TRUCK drives me crazy. I will find out who started that term and go kick his A$$
Wassup Bro,hey noticed your post ther..Yeah we got a bunch of toyz out here...maybe we can meet on a weekend or somethin...hit me back let me kno wahts up...shoot
Someone that puts every bolt on part they can find at pep boys (intakes, neon lights, illuminated windshield squirters, 5 foot high wing on a front wheel drive car, etc.) or under the kitchen sink (fart cans) to make their Asian import sound/look faster. Don't get me wrong, I don't see anything wrong with it! I don't judge that way. I however don't consider doing real body mods, suspension mods, interior mods to be "ricer". I also don't think that just because someone does all these things and never touches their motor or increases HP makes them a "ricer". The motor is the last place I will ever put work into my truck. I just don't see why you need more HP when your goal is to build a nice truck that you never really plan to haul ass in.
Sure, let's start up something. Since there is only 3 of us, and my truck is still down till I either find and buy another or finally get off my a$$ to finish the one in the garage. I hate working in the garage in summer. But we got to do the field of dreams thing. If we build it, they will come.
