l42 gearbox fill hole

    anyone know where its at on the gearbox? i've found my drain plug but can't find the filler. oooooooooor even better can anyone chime in on how theyve changed their gearbox oil?

    Normally it's on the side a little plug usually fits.a 3/8 ratchet ..as far as filling a manual trams drain it threw the hole u found already then fill it from the side plug slowly until it starts to just trickle out of the hole . Or add the recommended amount for your trans and stick your pinkie in the fill hole the fluid level should be slightly lower than the hole should be able to touch the fluid ..with your pinkie ...as far your i42 teams just look around on the sides for a plug it's bound to be around there

    okay thanks man, imma hopefully give it a try tonight when i get off work.
