Been signed on the group for some time but this is the first post.
Just an ol Toy fan with a passion for the old 75-78 trucks, have several in various stages of never really being done :) always tinkering, always modifying, always spending my money, but its fun.
Nice group, keep up the good work.

My 77 L/B SR5, just a driver, nothing fancy, the yellow S/B SR5 peeking out behind it has been sitting in the garage for ages waiting for me to get off my duff and finish it, the frame and drivetrain are done, sports a 22RE and trans from an 85 Celica GTS, just need to finish bodywork and paint and reassemble.

These 2 are my main insanity, built both from the ground up, did the 4x4 conversions, actually did most everything and still doing, always adding or changing something.

Man I'm loving those. I've become quite a toyota fan myself over the past few years. I've got my bagged '94 and a '77 that I plan on restoring. And I just found another today in a junkyard that I posted the thread about earlier that I'm gonna try to get!.

Where do you find the parts for your trucks that are that old? I can't find them anywhere.

Your right, parts are tough to find anymore, Over many years I have parted a few old trucks out during the building process, bought stuff off them when found in wrecking yards, found odds and ends on Ebay, adapted or modified if possible, or if I came across something that I really didn't need at the time, knew was really hard to find, or was just a good deal I bought and ratholed away for that day when I will need it.
