    Truck:
    93-2wd 2.5/3drop, 87-4wd22RTE, 06GTOls2, 08FJCruiserTT(Daily)
    Spent a few days last week swapping in a rebuilt longblock in my father's 87 YJ

    the truck had a 258 4.2 I6
    he found a 232 3.8 I6

    same block.... the 258 is a 232 stroker

    the 232 was first in the 1964 rambler

    floor was rotted so the truck now has pieces of 1990 4runner as the floorpan and cab corner

    saweet! Looks like some nice work on the tub!

    FYI, the crank from the 258 can be used to build a 4.5L stroker from a 4.0L straight six, which is a common engine in many X,Z,and Tj's
    STROKE IT!
