Is it worth it? 1988 4x4

I am thinking of going to look at this truck but I want to see what you guys think first, the miles on it are a little bit of a concern to me but I would like some feed back to see what you guys think on it. Heres the details.

What your looking at is 88 toyota pick-up with the 3.0 v-6, with manual transmission. the truck has lots of new parts on it with-in the last two years or so. and i don't think i've even put 10,000 miles on it since i got it. the truck has new big-o tires with about 90-95% tread left, tacoma wheels, new cluth kit, timing belt, water pump, thermostat, all new belts and hoses, new spark plugs, cap, rotor and wires. new front brakes and rotors, wheel bearings, air filter, fuel filter, fresh fluids in both differentials, transmission, and transfer case, replacemant bucket seats out of a 4-runner, and the list goes on. i even have reciepts for most of the parts. if your interested i even have a 3.4l v-6 is was thinking about swapping out. but that will change the price and deal a little bit.

Details I Got After emailing Owner

Few quick questions:
Does it leak or burn anything? leak's a little oil

How does it do at 75 mph on the interstate, ride quality, rpms? good question, never had it on the interstate, always went west with it, to the 4x4 trails,camping,fishing

Any shakes/shimmies at any speed? none

What kind of fuel mileage are you getting out of it? never payed attention, didn't drive it that much

How does it do with starting in the cold weather? starts right up every time

Hows the transmission any grinds or play? great tranny

The 4x4 works right? works great

Why did you replace the clutch and timing set, problems or....? clutch was bad, everything else needed preventitive maintance

Have the head gaskets ever been done? don't know for sure, never overheated on me, I think the motor was rebuilt, but can't prove it

How many miles are on it? around 280,000

Why are you selling? recently moved, need more room, have too many toyota's laying around

Do you have any more pictures? can get more pics, best thing is to come take a look at it, price is neg.
