Well not really the world isn't ending just the next steps in my on going project...

Here's a time line of whats been done so far.

It started life as this... (Oct 06)
Then I lowered it with bell tech spindles and leaf springs and 4wd fenders. (Spring of 07)
    Supra wheels (Late Spring 07)
Added two more cylinders (Fall 07)

And soon to be body swapped (Fall 08)

    Future Mods:
Shave the antenna hole, all emblems, and maybe move the gas filler behind the tail light (Depends on how much I tub it)
Trailer tub the wheels wells (front and rear)
Graft in 00 4runner hood scope.
Decide either to go coilover or bag set up.

    Paint options:
Keep it stock and just buff and polish it like crazy
    Respray it
Champion white (Type R white) or Triple Black (no metallic)

Wheel options: I will be going with 18's staggered fitment. I will fit as much tire as I possibly can in the rear would love to go 315's in the back.
BBS LM's in Gold with chrome or polished lip and black rivets.
    Nismo LGT4
    American Racing rims Saltflats
    or some JDM wheels

    Engine:
Upgrade turbo to a t60 compressor
    Larger injectors
    FMIC
    3in exhaust
    Polish some parts

I hope to have at least the body on by summer time even if its not bagged or coilover'd yet.

Let me know what you guys think....

I couldnt fit it behind the stock 2wd bumper with out hacking the **** out of it. So i went with a 2000 4runner bumper. alot more room but the bumper does flow with the flat grill. If i went with a newer 4runner grill i think it would flow better.

It will fit with out mods. When I dropped in the motor to find out how much I need to notch it we realized that it will clear with just a few mm. So we just left it alone.

Others have notched their oil pan for piece of mind...
Here's a picture from another person that did the swap and I asked him the same thing.

Yeah I feel ya on the bumper its a hit or miss for me as well. I loved it on the 2000 4runners but after I got it on my truck I was like ew its sticks out so far. but then again it hold my intercooler so form over function.....

This is where i feel in love with the bumper!! So Ill be adding the chopping of the bumper to the list of mods that need to be done.
