use SEM brand paint or fusion..

make sure to clean everything really well and use some sort of adhesion promoter.... I use either duplicolor or Klean-strip bulldog adhesion promoter.

We always use the "SEM Brand" stuff. The coolest thing about it is, it has a nice semi gloss factory look, instead of being really glossy and not looking natural like most of them. I've had it on my truck for over 13 years now, and it still looks as good now as it did when I did it.

Also, prep the hell out of it with grey scotch bright and wax and grease remover. (always test a small part first, just to make sure it doesn't eat whatever your working on, lol)

You need to prep your plastic like Creepy Cruiser said. Your plastic should have a dull finish when prepped correctly.

You should realistically spend 90% of your time on prep and 10% painting

The air temp can also greatly effect the way your final product turns out.
Also where you are spraying, wouldnt recomend outdoors unless its a calm day.
