Installing powersteering?

    I tryed searching but came up empty on here...so i want to install powersteering on my 93 std cab 2wd. When i bought it it didnt have it..not sure if it did at all.haven't really looked..just came to my mind while im sitting here....so question is how hard is it going to be to get my PS back? Can it be done at all if it didnt come with it?

    It can be done in an afternoon if you have all the parts. The hard part is just getting all the parts there and ready to be bolted on. I know the conversion has been covered at least a few times on here and a few times over on toyotanation. just search for power steering conversion.

    Well i tryed lookn threw the forums but still didnt find anything....

    How'd the conversion go? I did it a few years ago. Wasn't too bad only hiccup was the steering column shaft is longer I believe in non ps vs ps.

    Haven't got around to it yet but going tomorrow to see if i can find the parts for the swap. After lowering the back down it handles alot better. But still wouldnt mind having ps

    Also make sure u grab the flywheel so its got that extra pulley on the front that a non ps truck might not have

    Lol i was like wth? Pulley on the flywheel but its cool. Yea def gonna grab that.. ty..forgot about that
