While driving and coming to a stop my idle will go up to about 1000-1200 rpm I'd have to blip the throttle to get it back to normal around 600-800rpm (with cam) can't seem to figure out what's wrong... Any help would be appreciated

Mods- crower stage 2 efi cam
    Emissions delete (everything capped off)

    Pace setter header
    LCE Flywheel
