how much paint will i need to repaint my truck? i found the color i want (porsche meteor gray) found it for 79.00 a quart so how many quarts will i need? I have the gun and primer, and i plan to do it right painting inside and out.

 

i don't remember, but i think i bought a gallon of color and clear

 

a gallon is probably about right if youre doing jambs, interior, bed, underhood, ect.

 

if you get a gallon plus your reducer will make a gal and a half i think plus a gal of clear. unless you use single stage enamel

 

yeah sounds about right now, i did everything except the inside of the bed and under the hood, and i had some left over

So pretty much a gallon of paint, reducer, clear is all you really need??
