alrighty.. its about that time to change the transmission fluid i believe.. not really sure how to do it though.. haha.. so of course i need a little direction here.. also, when replacing the fluid.. what fluid do i use? can i use a synchromesh.. i think i may need it.. my gears feel kinda mushy when shifting

 

yea if anyone knows where to get to it on a manual trasmission

dod u have an automatic or manuel?

Manuel transmission is easy. on the bottum there is a bolt and on the left side (drivers) there is a bolt in the middle..remove the drivers side first..thats to make sure u can fill it back up. then remove the bottum bolt, this will drain it. u fill it from the drivers bolt. when u see it running out of the side, reinstall bolt.

I used 80-90W gear oil for my transmission.

Automatic, never done it. have to look for my repair manuel..

 

its a manual tranny.. seems easy enough.. should i refill from the shifter location on the inside of the truck

 

u can, but u need to pull the side plug so u know when its full..
