Shouldn't they come with instruction booklets?

I personally prefer suspension lifts... in my opinion, it looks nicer.

Well, if you get 4WD fenders on it, you can fit 33's with no problem (at least on the 4x4's), but suspension lifts do increase travel, so off roading is a little easier on IFS, but hey, it is your truck.

I've also read that suspension lifts are more stable.

True... it is your truck, so you can do with it what you want.

Now I'm actually somewhat happy with my truck's height, I only use it for mild off roading, because rock crawling is not something I'm interested in. Nor is the standard 4WD IFS up for the challenge of HEAVY off roading, it's way too tippy on rocks.

I've rallied in it against a Silverado and that was fun, I may set mine up for that or sand blasting.

for the most part all you have to do is lift one side of the body and slide in the lift. the instructions give you step by step instructions. its really not as hard as it sounds

I've seen plenty of lifted 2WD Toyotas... there are even a few on this site. No differential to damage with the independent suspension and 2WD's are typically used in Pre-running anyway, it's actually pretty cool looking if you do it right.

and if your bottoming out your hitting frame not body so a body lift would be pointless because your frame would be the same height ......
