When I am not in the truck it seems to take ~20 pounds extra to pump the driver side up to level with the passenger side. Surely it should be closer than that? When I sit in it, it takes roughly 40 psi to level out. Last time it was bagged it was like 10 or so to level out with me in it. Where do i need to look? Pinched line, ****ed gauge, bad bag?

Mix you up a soapy water mixture in a spray bottle & start with the bag, the all the fittings & then the valves. If there is a leak it will show up with bubbles. Also check the back of any air gauges too...most common place for leaks.

why would it be a leak? it just takes more pressure to raise it up, it doesn't fall.

when your setup was redone did the bags get moved inward towards the frame? that's about the only thing i could imagine causing the difference. or maybe a different brand of bags?

yah it was fully redone but its not a huge difference on placement if any. I just don't get how it would double in difference, its like a 2 or so inch difference between sides if i just raise up from slammed.

What brand and model of bags did you have and what do you have now?

same slam 6's as before. if it helps, the side that lifts with more pressure also dumps fastest from what i can tell. i will double check it.

i think what it is, is that the bag plate isn't in the exact same spot on both sides so i can put 20 pounds on the driver side with no movement and the passenger side is more compressed so that it actually starts raising with 20 pounds in it.

Think of it like a torque wrench.. at one foot out 100 pounds of force is 100 foot pounds... 2 feet 100 ftlbs of force equals 200 foot pounds. So I think your last post is in the right direction.

im going to play with it more in the morning. it's like an inch difference, but riding at 50 on one side and 80 or so on the other is completely different characteristics.
