Where the heck is the horn relay on this model? I've checked under the hood (fuse is ok), and under the left side (drivers) kick panel and can't find it. Amazingly YouTube has not been helpful either.

I have a 1988 single cab and the factory service manual which should be the same as 1987. The FSM shows there is no relay for the horn.

What's the issue you're having?

 

Horn doesn’t work. Checked the horn itself and it works. Thought checking the relay would be quicker than taking the steering column apart to check the connection. Guess I’m pulling the steering wheel and column apart.

 

Start with just the horn button. Could just be corrosion on the contacts themselves
