Can any one help me i have a 1994 toyota pickup v6 3vz 5speed and it bogs/looses power once and a while and some time not at all but it mostly happens wen i dribe my truck at night? I jus did a tune up and i changed my timming belt and pullys and all my belts idk wat is wromg with my truck but it only bogs and looses power sometimes and it dose it in all gears.Also my idle moves up and down?

 

Check the trap door in your mass air flow sensor. Sometimes they can get sticky.

 

maybe its scared of the dark? jk

vacuume leaks, mis set cam timing, mis set ignition timing, cap/rotor/plugs corroded. if you did a timing belt you should know how to work though the basics and check everything first.

 

Do you guys think it could be the distributer or the o2 sensor?

 

it sound more like a loss of power.. check the alt./ cables/ batt.
thats where I would start if the most of the problems are at night with the lights on I would guess

 

now its starting to happen in the day, but it comes and goes.
