ok so a friend of mine has a 4runner bagged bodied and all that. it has a 22re and ecm and harness out of a pickup. this harness has been cut and modified so many damn times its ridiculous. If anyone can help me find it id like to find a diagram with every wire out of ecm and just run all my own and my desired lengths. so pretty much i wanna make my own harness using all he stock connectors via solder and heat shrink. please lmk if you find anything cause this would also help a lot with my truck.. beers on me to whoever helps lol
Go to your local Toyota Dealer's Service Manager and ask him to make a copy of the wiring diagram for your truck. Most service managers are willing to do this for you.
Yeah, you'll have to get the factory TSM for pinouts on all the harness connectors, or trace the existing harness by wire color (which would be a bear). I have a Chilton's manual that has the pinouts for the ECM end of the harness if it's the same one.
I bought the Toyota Wire Diagram Book for Trucks & 4 Runner from the dealer for my year 1988 . It shows every thing !!
