Previous owner crashed the truck and pulled out the rad support and re welded it to work but now I installed a new 4x4 front end and it won't line up right the fender to the left does not sit right and the left headlight hangs lower and the right side bumper has a gap between the grill, if I install a new radiator support do you guys think it will line up right ????? Any input would be glad appreciated..

I have the same issue right now except I crashed the car  . What I am doing is removing the whole front radiator core support because mine is bent to the max as well, then I am going to take measurements on the engine bay side walls that the fender guards bolt into and make sure they are all the right height, length and everything lines up the way it should (only one side of my car got crashed so I am just going to use the other side to line it up). When I come across a difference in whatever measurement I am going to build it up by welding pieces of metal where they need to be until it is all the same as the other side. To make it look a little better after this I am going to lightly grind off the excess (original metal that has bent out of shape and looks ugly) so it all looks nice and uniform then paint.

Then I am getting a Ln130 Surf front radiator core support and welding it where the original radiator core support (they line up perfectly, I am doing a surf front end conversion btw). Only tac weld the radiator core support in place and grab a level and ensure that it is sitting level and flat. If it isn't, keep moving it around and tacking it until it is (you don't want an unlevel front end that sags). You may need to shave some of the side walls to get it to sit level as they make have crumpled or warped in the accident.

Then I will put all the fender guards, grille, lights and bumper back on and check the alignment. If anything is out of line make small adjustments to the bumper support or make some new bumper brackets to hold it up higher so there isn't a gap but there shouldn't be because it is a brand new radiator core support.

    I hope this helps man!:waytogo:
