Most EFI engines have in tank pumps, you can run a pump outside the tank, just make sure the out put is same as stock pump,& run run lines!
I used my stock flanges, different pump & sender on a custom stainless tank!

Some do come with a sending unit for the gauge, but none come with provisions for the in tank pump. You can modify the poly cells (but not the bladder cells) to use the OEM in tank pump assy; it is a pain in the butt, and the 12g cell is probabley too small. If you have a RE motor (EFI) you and use an external pump - my favorite is a Bocshe off an older Volvo - has the correct PSI. Be sure to plumb in a return line for regulator.
