    Welcome. Beautiful truck.

Do you know exactly where you're rubbing?

It's rubbing on the inner wheel well. The only thing that I can think of to fix it is to raise the truck (not really an option unless I buy new springs) or cut up the wheel wells. I decided that I don't care about these tires right now.

But if anyone has a good recommendation for shock absorbers, I'm all ears.

    Get smaller tires.

I just picked up some steelies with junk tires on them. I'll beat those up while I get the original wheels and hub caps powder coated then get some smaller tires on them. Do the 175/70 lower the ride height by much?

They should depending what size tire you have now. Go on tiresize.com and compare sizes. If the tire is an inch shorter il go about 1/2" lower
