Hey guys! I'm Lisa from Mesa, AZ. I just picked up a 1980 Toyota pickup and this is my first project! My plans for the truck are to stock floor body drop it, its a long bed, I'm going to make it a short bed, needs a windshield and interior. I'll probably do more along the way but thats pretty much it for now. Guy I bought it from said it runs, everythings just not put together. So I'm really excited to get this started and check out the site to see other people projects and progress!
looks like a good start ...but it looks like the 4 link bars are level when its laid out.... if that's the case the bars where set up wrong. i would suggest changing them. thank god your converting to a short bed! lol
the 4 link is going bye bye, thats why it says stock floor body dropped. the bars will be reused and just get new tabs. the 4 link bars are all facing foward not including the axle brackets are way outa wack.. it was a rookie job ill post some more pics in a bit of the amount of work to do something wrong
lol at the top 4 link bar it looks like its mounted in the middle of the axle??? well im glad its going to be done right. is that your s10 in you avatar pic???
