The lights don't work consistantly. I assume the switch on the wheel is bad. Do I have to go to a dealer to get this or can I take it apart and clean the contacts ?? any advice appreciated ..

    Thanks,

Thanks for the heads up, I'll look into it. If I need the switch how much do you want for it ?

How do you check the relay to know if it is it or the switch ?

OK. I pulled the relay while the high beams were on and they went out. Low beams won't come on at all anymore, high beams are hit and miss when I have someone turn the switch I feel the relay click. Can the relay be bad on low beams only or is a relay just good or bad ? I am thinking that the switch on the columm is the problem ???

    Thanks

Turned out to be a bad dimmer switch. Had to remove wheel and take blinker/ dimmer / wiper assbly out and extricate switch to replace.

    Thanks,
