Hello all! It only took forever for my semi-impulsiveness to lead me to joining another forum for things I enjoy. That being said, I love Duallys. Always have for as long as I can remember, hot wheels included! I own and am modifying a 1993 flatbed dually that was previously a toyota dealerships parts truck. I got it at auction with a locked up 3vz in it. I was going going to put in a stock replacement engine but toyed with the idea of upgrading to the 3400. I instead settled on putting a 4.3l vortec v6 w/nv3500 5spd because of more options, power and tried & tested reliability. It has been a chore getting everything finagled into it, but it is coming along little bit by little bit. I own many Duallys, most of them GM.
Thanks, I've had about a dozen Yota's ranging from 78'-94' pickups, flatbeds and a few RV'S. Next I plan on finding a v6 extra cab long bed pickup to make into a Dually. I took apart an RV that was brought to me and I kept all of the components to make a Dually out of one of those pickups. This also of course is assuming someone one here doesn't want to buy those conversion parts from me first.
