yeah i know what your talking about since i live in iowa everybody calls my truck mexican i just think they get jealous of the trucks we own and all the hard work going into them all my co-workers talk s*it all the time about mine cause its on bags.
People ive learned cant deal with something outta the norm. I get alot of people asking me y i still spend money on my pickup, with it giving me all the probs it has. I just tell them that i love my truck, yes i hate that it gives me a headache. Also ive got a new say F*ck the "NorM" i just keep tell myself that and step back and look at everything. To many followers in the world, i want to be that guy thats different.
I noticed it was old to or I woulda posted. It's just those guys don't do any fab to there trucks they just bolt **** on an think it's the best thing in the world an everyone has to be like them. I have yet to get sh*t for my truck bein bagged. I've had old guys just stare at it an ask how it works an give me credit an one guy was like looks like a fun truck. Seems like more old school hot rodders are takin notice an liken it in my opinion
When Ricky (22R all motor) drives my truck, he gets thumbs ups, people ask what it is, want to race, ect.. When I drive it, nothing, nada. Hes south of the border, im not.
I dont know bout ya'll but I get nothing but thumbs up in my '82.... Maybe its the "Sempre Fi" sticker... Different story in the '90 tho... I get the "where's your lawnmower and weedwacker look".... All good to me coz my sh*ts payed off and i can fix it myself!
meh. who cares? its just some douche off the net, F em. and if its some douche on the street, tell him to F himself. when you start to care how other people see your car, you start to build a car for them. then you just wasted all your time and money building someone elses car. but i think you need to post a pic, maybe your ride does look mexican. do you have a huge nike swoosh sticker, misaligned glue on buick portholes, a 4th brake light, bondo applied and sanded with a rake, ect?
To me when someone is talking crap means inside there just mad they dont have a nice ride like that. Haters are people who want what they cant have or get.
