its the fuse thats labeled as glow in the fuse housing under the hood...there is a wire coming from the positive side going into it...there are three wires that bolt on to it...any idea why i keep popping this fuse? thanks
any ideas on where that short can be? can it be one of the wires that goes to a random fuse in that same fuse box? where do i find these fuses at? autozone employees have no idea what the hell im talking about..
well i figured out what wire it is...its the white thick wire leading from the big fuse to the power side of the alternator...so what could cause this?
i dont know because i dont know what year your truck is...put it in your sig or info or something.... how many amps is the fuse, is it the main one for your fuse block. ( the one between the alt and the fuse block )
87 pickup... its the main fuse on in the fuse box..there is three wires that is bolted to it...it an 80 amp..the alternator wire starts there and goes to the alternator...
