    So I recently got a new truck for a project but my heart just isn't in it. So I am offering it up to you guys before Craigslist. I'm not sure exact what its worth in the current state but $1000 obo seems like a starting point. Here's the specs:

    * 1988 standard cab short bed 2wd
    * 22r all stock
    * G40 4 speed
    * G code rear axle with 4.10 I think
    * Cab has been body dropped 2" traditionally and is fully welded up.
    * Inner fenders have been cut out for clearance
    * Firewall has been tubbed back to clear tires
    * Brake/clutch pedals shortened and rebent to clear floor
    * Front frame horns dropped and plated/braced
    * Core support was cut off but can be welded back on. Was getting a 75-78 nose
    * Dash is partially smoothed and painted metallic blue
    * Has blue interior panels with the full door panels and cloth bench seat
    * 2 pairs of doors, 1 has locks and 1 handle shaved but other not started
    * Unmodded doors in primer and straight but are gutted
    * The shaved doors have all window mechs and seals and stuff
    * 4wd fenders that haven't been modded yet
    * Bed has not been cut or anything done to drop it, so its owners choice how to do it
    * Bed is the "Japanese" style with the external top rail and weak flare shape
    * Front and rear cab glass removed, rear is solid with seal front is broken
    * I believe it has 3" blocks and cranked torsions as the only drop mods

    The issues are:
    * No grille, front bumper, hood or tailgate. They were all damaged and replacements weren't found before I took it over.
    * All wiring seems to be there, but the guy I got it from said some wiring got pulled into the tire and it died. So it came home and didn't get much work after that. I checked out the wiring, looked like the starter lead or a something simple. Will investigate further soon.
    * It needs a set of tires and wheels, it only has 2 on the rear. They're the 15s in the pics. I can probably round up a pair of stock 14s to roll it around with.

    I would much rather sell it while than part it out. I've had an add up for that and haven't sold anything. Price is pretty negotiable. I would mostly consider trades of a motorcycle, a 4wd Toyota (beat up is okay, i want a hunting rig) or another 75-78 hilux. Also like guns and ammo. Just trying to turn the project into something I will enjoy and let somebody else have fun with this.

    I can add more if anybody is interested. I will post all the pics I have. It is located in Duvall WA right now but will be towed to Snohomish if I keep it much longer.

    Random bit of info, my buddy's dad bought it new. Went through all the kids til him, its been to half a dozen states on road trips. It deffinatly has a personality but I just am not a fan of the body style. I didn't keep my old 84 for long either.

    Yes the shop its sitting in is a mess. I've been cleaning up around it and trying to just have parts to it in the bed and move other parts away.

    Back wall was cut so it overlaps for a stronger weld and fit.

    Firewall clearanced for tires. Unsure how big a tire it will fit but looks like plenty to me.
