What am I looking at? Is this stock Toyota? Did someone remove the wheel studs, added adapters and bolted them on with studded lug nuts.

I went ahead and removed the 18s and added stock wheels and tires. When I removed the front wheels, I found 1/8" spacers and what looks like adapters. It looks like someone ran adapters to use as wheel spacers because my stocks fit right back on.

    Rear drums are normal.

nope thats normal. The studs facing the oposite way hold the rotor to the hub.

It's not a wheel adapter, that is the hub. I think you're just used to seeing cars with floating rotors that cover the hub instead of rotors being bolted to the backside of the hub.

It makes brake jobs on our trucks harder as well, instead of being able to remove the caliper and having the rotor basically fall off, we have to unbolt the caliper and then remove the hub and bearing assemblies from the spindle and then finally unbolt the rotor from the hub.

Swap to 12.19" wilwood rotors and 4wd four piston brake calipers and never have those crappy brakes with the back mounted rotor to ever deal with again!
