Front shock problems?

    My front shock absorbers whatever their name are are leaking oil from inside them maybe because their bottoming out? :shrug:

    if your truck is lowered, buy drop shocks

    Yup shocks r done..get some drop shocks and it would ride better

    Unless you removed your bump stops, it is not possible for your shocks to bottom out. Even if you took your bump stops out, i'm pretty sure your tires will hit your inner fenders before the shocks bottom out. If your shocks are leaking, the have gone bad. Buy new ones. If you are buying new shocks, you might as well buy drop shocks.

    Did you find the shocks you needed?
    I would like to know the part number too as I'm getting ready to lower mine 3". and haven't been able to find the drop shocks I need for my 78 yota.
    Please let me know

    Usually you can tell with the length of travel they provide. Look at the stock ones, and look at other ones if the travel isnt as long it should work. I need to get new shocks for my front end too, my shocks are leaking.
