alright, for the front 2WD tube crossmember, what size/ threads are the bolts on those? I know they have 14mm heads.

 

Toyota uses 1.25 pitch threads on all fasteners except lug nuts/studs which are 1.50 That said typically 10mm head is 6mm thread, 12mm head is 8mm thread, 14mm head is 10mm thread etc. There are some exceptions of course but they aren't very common.
