Hey guys just joined, been having a problem getting on here with the power outage day number 3. Anyway, just started a build thread in the other section:

61 Morris Minor Frankenstein Yoda in MD

I just moved to Maryland last summer, and have been slowly setting up my garage. Think I have pulled 12 engines since I have moved here, looking to take a break after finishing these 2 builds for a little bit. If there is any guys in MD, shoot me a message. I am getting ready to bag the front, never done it before, getting all the old stuff of the 86 frame is proving to be a pita. Basically I am building a 61 Morris Minor with yoda frame/suspension/brakes, Exploder rear, Camaro Engine... and a bunch of other different parts.

Anyway, looking forward to cruising the board.

 

Whats up local. I live in manassas va so I'm not that far away you have made great progress. That should be a fun ride when complete.

I lived in VA all my life, mainly in Arlington, and Vienna. Still work in Arlington unfortunately, it's a bit of a commute from Annapolis area every day, but I do have 3 day weekends! If anyone is ever off on Fridays, shoot me a message, welcome to come over and check out some of the projects.

Gilpet, I am actually right near AACC, off of college pkwy and rt.2 . So I am even closer than you think. Was just at that Outback on rt.2 on Sunday trying to get some Air Conditioning, we still don't have power, day number 4 now!

 

Any of you LOCAL guys do a front bag setup on a YODA? Would love to get some in person pointers.... Hopefully friday I will be ripping out the stock suspension stuff if it cooperates.
