Got bored today so i decided to do some work on my yota. so i flipped bj's & pulled a spring out the pack. Now my set up is cranked torsions & bj's, and 3in blocks & pulled spring. Tires are 235/45/17's.

I pounded in the tabs abit on the fenders to make sure they didnt rub. Cut the rear bumpstops down and went to cut the front ones but the bolts broke when i went to take em out. lol I have drop shocks up front but need to get some for the rear as they are bottoming out. If anyone can point me in the right direction for drop shocks for the rear that would be awesome.

pics are from my phone so sorry on quality.

being you dropped it with the springs out back you might need to go "find" a set of shocks for it by part number. most shock manf. will have details on shocks as far as ext length and collapsed, travel, and mounting size and details.

take a look at what you have (remove one shock) and find something 2-3 inches shorter.

Ya i got bout an inch an 1/2 of play in the rear before the shocks bottom out. So basically i think if i set my fat ass in my truck the ass bottoms out. What do guys use that get the bell tech leafs? theyd have to get lower shocks.

i had my upper shock mounts removed and placed out a couple inshes out forther towards each end to give the shocks more leeway.... if you dont wanna do that and still use factory length shocks, slap the spring back under the pack and use drop blocks. they will lower the back end without squatting the suspension.
