Ok so I have an 85 standard bed 2wd and I have the bed off looking at the frame. I bought the truck because I thought the body and bed were remarkably good for a Canadian truck. Anyways I am washing the frame and I notice its full of all sorts of crap but it can't all come out because there are no drainage holes on the underside. This in turn creates spots for rust to develop, so my question is what do you guys do to fix this issue and also for repairing rail sections. I know the ideal situation would be to come down to one of your southern states and pick up a frame then Por15 the crap out of it but in time I feel it would suffer the same fate.

    Cheers,

    Steve

Id drill holes in the bottom of the frame at the low points in various section of it. Or if you buy a new frame then plug ALL holes and POR15. Or build a new frame.

Yeah, all you can do is try to move all the junk to an existing hole using a pressure sprayer or something similar. I'd be hesitant to drill any more holes, but it may be the only solution.
