Hey everyone this is Pete. I just got my truck back a few days ago with a brand new spankin' exhaust system installed, I mean everything, it was my yearly mod from my wife, all LC Engineering:

Manifold (few years ago from dealer but truck is hardly driven so I consider it new)
muffler, cat, collectors, pipe and all new gaskets, all fully tig welded and painted flat black with heat proof paint, you can't even see it, blends right into the black painted frame it looks and sounds so freakin awesome!!!

Anyway onto why I am making this post I ordered the LCE street header 2wd direct fit kit for the 22R/RE, pg 123 in catalog (hard copy)and part number 1041031, you can look it up on their website www.LCEngineering.com or Welcome to LC Performance Home Page. The bottom of the header where the (4) pipes start at the collector, hits my lower Cando control arm and it will not fit, tried grinding some of the arm plate away, buy too much needs to be taken off and it would sacrifice the lower arm, I do not /will not do that. I may have a custom one off header made later down the road.

So what I am getting at it is I want to sell this header kit since I have no use for it and see it put to good use it is brand new, held up to block to test fit has a few minor scratches in ceramic coating, but it was never bolted up and it was never ran. It is has “NO GASGET KIT”this was all used on my truck. It does have extra pieces shown in the kit,, extra pipe, collectors . You can buy the gasket kit for the header, the part number is#1040012 for $24.95.The pipe size I believe is 2 ¼.

I will also throw in FREE of charge a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler with a chrome turn down that was originally on my truck when I got it back from the body drop, only has a couple hundred miles on it if that, basically its brand new too, I hardly drive the truck.

This Header kit retails for $368.95 and I'm sure the muffler was at least $50.00 I am willing to sell these parts for a flat $200.00, I will not go down on this price already taking a big loss so please don't ask, this will include shipping and handling, have the original box.

You can have a new exhaust system for your truck for a pretty low cost. I have to give my wife the $ from the sale of any parts that’s our deal LOL!

Sounds good. I'll try and explain it a little better, it was a-lot to type.

It comes with the LCE 2wd street direct fit header kit and but it DOES NOT have the gasket kit. You can buy the gasket kit for the header, the part number is#1040012 for $24.95.the one that it came with was used on my truck. IT DOES have the extra pieces shown in the kit,, extra pipe,(think it is for getting rid of the cat and this goes in its place but not sure, The pipe size I believe is 2 ¼.), all the collectors, a nut and bolt kit There are some green hard round gaskets and an oval one with (2) bolt holes, not sure what its for but was not used on my truck.

Well I have to pass. Though this would work on my 93 but turns out not the case..so next in line for a killer deal.
