sooooo, what the hell did he do exactly? Looks like he got the front fairly decent but tried using stock hinges and they just ripped everything out. Is the rear part cut out because he used it in the front for the striker? Someone needs to be beat, and pay for repairs.

Don't think anything is ripped out ,believed the intention was to do what I did, stock hinge & latches.
Looks like the rear @ cab striker area was cut & angle bar welded in.
The rear of the door looks stock.
To do this Donner doors are needed as you use the ends from them into the your doors;passenger hinge end with hinges goes to drivers side while the door is still hung in the front.
Opened up area @ cab rear drivers side allows the new hinges to swing into it & then you can brace up from inside the cab!!
Once hung you can remove the hinges @ the front.
This is a lot of work to do correctly, but the out come is great!!
Can still do with suicide hinges or stock,or go back to stock striker. Will need Donner panels!
This truck is not in that bad of state!!!! :runaway:

Damn... Thats really rough. Going to be a lot of work to fix that honestly.

Sean is honestly better with sheet metal than I am, just to let you know. I do well with it, but he can pretty much put me to shame.

And like I told you, I am at least a month out right now. Either one of us will be able to handle it though.
