passes smog great, even with a built motor, put 175 to the wheels without smog eq. and sidedrafts with 33'tires.

This is a bitchin little truck and has gobs of torq, drifts great, but needs a little work to be perfect, drive shaft has a vibration and is limited to street use because it has a 4 speed, if you install a 5 speed all would be great, and the body needs some work, I am selling it because I am stuck on work comp waiting for surgury and need to pay bills otherwise I wouldn't ever sell it.

Thanks Guys, Trap I pretty much made it myself, 4130 cromo tubes, threded rh and lh, heims are from speedway, misalignment spacers are from ballistic fab, bolts are OSH, and i drilled the spindles and center link, I did notice less slop and a quicker more touchy wheel.

 

sad to see you sell it... its probably one of the sickest trucks on here

Ok Im throwing in the towel and Im done $2500. and its yours, and it comes with a 5speed not installed. I cant work on it and I'm going nuts and I'm sick of listening to my wife bitch about it.

Looks like you have a Downey lift kit in it and you lowered it with spindles. Those tubular arms look like Downey ones as well as the cross shaft and the idler brace. Neat idea!

Yeah it is a downey kit, but it is a early kit when they didn't compensate the bj plate for correct geometry for cranked torsins at ride height. The tubular arms , heimed streering, saw torsins, 1"swaybar and strut frame make a insanely ridged suspension, the billet crossshafts, idler gusset make it stronger.
