engine swap

    i am wanting to do a 4.3 swap on a 2wd and was wondering if i have to put a bodylift or not mush help needed and open to all advice and was thinking of rebuilding the original engine and transmission. need the help deciding

    What kind of 4.3? First thing that comes to mind is a GM Votec. Is your truck a 2wd? If so, I hate to say a body lift of any size on a 2wd is nasty looking.
