    Im looking into getting a cam,intake,or header for my 22re havent found anything other then jegs and summitt but they tax like crazy anyone know any sites with good deals

    there is one more no one mentioned,he does great work and makes the best mls headgasket period. doaracing.com I don't know anyone with good prices as they say how fast do you want to go and how much money do you have?:)

    Don't mean to jack the thread but do you have to change the head gasket when you swap the cam on the 22RE? I noticed that you have to take off the head bolts to do this and that I guess messes up the gasket..

    You can change the HG while your there but, you can also leave it alone and cross your fingers you don't shift the head... Be sure to drain the coolant first and do it on a cold engine!
