Does anyone have any idea what could cause the EFI fuse to blow everytime you even put the ignition on the ON position. Whats weird, is it'll start and run for a few seconds, for a few minutes, or just completely blow the fuse not letting the truck start.

Could it possibly be the fuel pump being bad?

Nevermind, just figured it out. The 02 Sensor plug was busted up from were i layed it out and 2 of the wires was stuck together making the efi fuse blow.
