So i have 4" blocks in the back and my passenger side is about 1/2" lower then the drivers side. Is this because of the gas tank? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Chances are your passenger side leaf spring is sagging a bit...

You can add a piece of overload leaf to the drivers side to even it out?

Mine is actually 1" lower front and rear on the passenger side and VERY noticeable.

We'll see where i end up after the drop leaves and lower control arm install. My passenger side torsion bar is already jacked up higher than the drivers side and it still leans. I only know the leaf spring is weak FOR SURE. The front end has me scratching my head at the moment.

Likely from gas tank being on that side. Adjustable air shocks, then set more air on that side.

Yeah, air shocks are an option too.

    That's what i opted for.

I hooked them up separately so the air pressure wouldn't transfer in turns.....And now the passenger side has a leak i haven't tracked down yet...Leans HARD when the pressure leaks out, lol.

I was thinking Air shocks too. That might be the way to go for me. Im thinking Air shocks and bell tech leafs with 1 inch bolt on blocks.

What kind of air shocks do you guys recommend? Is there a simple compressor system I can get for them to adjust from inside the cab?

Airlift has a setup but its $150+

I had an idea about using a small compressor that some new cars come with to fix a flat

It could easily beif the front is dead even and the back is twisted then your frame isn't straight.

Odds are the passenger front torsion bar needs a turn or so in to level it all out.

Airshocks should be plumbed equally. Splitting the system is asking for a dangerous ride as YoguyDa has illustrated.

Whatever problem you have is caused by a mechanical fault and repairing that fault is the solution to the problem, not changing something else to compensate.

FWIW my money is on a broken leaf spring, although WhiteTrash may be on to something, it's easy to lose count when loosening torsions. Ask me how I know. ;)

Park on a flat surface and measure all around as is specced in the FSM, then compare and go from there.

Edit: In case you doubt me, check out this spring pack I pulled off of my F250. Funny thing is the truck rode fine:
