I can get belltech spindles for about $250 shipped or chassis tech for $205 shipped... Any difference??
they are selling the chassis tech spindles for 177 locally on craigslist, tell them you saw their add and see if the price comes down any http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/pts/1572839871.html
Not to local for me... I emailed them to find our about shipping... Anyone have these chassis tech spindles???
there is a pair of chassis tech on eBay now for $205 shipped, that leaves $28 shipping between the price the CL guy wants, so I guess if he replies soon with shipping less than that I'll get them from him... I want them soon just won a black magic fan, and a set of 3" drop leafs for the truck, I need a new front sway bar and some bushings, then I'll be set to rebuild... that reminds me I should just start a dam build thread....
i have the chassis tech (aim) spindles on my s-10. even after jumping a curb at 30 mph i haven't had a problem with em. if i was buying a set of spindles, they'd be my first choice. gotta save some coin whenever possible
the CL dude wants $40-$50 for shipping... so he is out! Guess I'm getting the chassis tech ones on ebay for $205 shipped... anybody know of a cheaper deal? or where I can get a sway bar cheap? wouldn"t mind a set of bigger torsions either... trying to NOT spend like to crazy, my CC is already slammed, but with a heated barn and a lift plus currently no GF I have NO excuses not to work on the truck
yeah thats allot for shipping, but they are pretty heavy..looks like the ebay ones are the best for the $$$
I actually have a set of mk3 spindles I bought on eBay over 5 years ago with only an idea they would fit on my truck and I could put bigger brakes on. After looking at the brakes on a mk3 (single piston caliper) and the cost of a BBK... I stuck with my truck spindles Now I am redoing the truck and since I have my own BBK, not looking to swap to MK3 spindles, especially moving the wheel forward and the potential steering issues. I've dealt with enough tramlining with the truck, not looking to make it a steering nightmare Plan to change out my tierods and center bar with all new bushings also going from a 245/45/17 front tire to a narrower 215/50/17 Oh! anyone want a set of MK3 spindles??
sorry just the spindles, I think they have backing plates and maybe a balljoint on one end... let me get a chance to dig them out and I will take a pic for you. If you still want them I can weigh em and figure out shipping
I have chassis tech spindles and they fit up good no worries....and I thrash the **** out of my truck..
