Has anyone ever put the rear door handles of a 4runner on the front doors of a truck? I was thinkng of doing this to get rid of the key hole. Now I know what you're thinking, "how are you goin to unlock the door?" Answer, I have an alarm with keyless entry. I also know what you're thinking now, "what if the battery goes dead?". Answer, I have 2 key fobs, 1 on me and 1 in the house.

I was looking at dooing the same thing, but when i measured the 4runner rears they were a lil bit shorter. The fronts are the same as the trucks, but rear not.
