Can someone confirm that standard cab doors are interchangeable with extra cab doors? I recall a post stating that they weren't but I found someone who with standard cab with doors I want to swap with, for my extra cab, who says he's done it before.

 

DONT QUOTE ME but... I think all the doors interchange EXCEPT the 4 door 4Runner fronts. The back top corner is different

 

^Correct. I looked into this years ago for half-door project, my understanding is only the 2-dr 4Runner door will swap over on the 3rd gen pickup, it will bolt on but it's shorter length by several inches vs pickup and won't reach the B-pillar. Previous gen2 the doors swap since they're all 2dr models
