I found the ones for the older toyotas on FBIs site, but nothing for my gen truck. I have the split rear glass and am afraid of getting broken into so I want to swap it out and would rather have the tinted lexan with the license plate in it. Thanks in advance guys!!!

DAMN!!!!! There like 40 bucks from FBI, thats crazy $$$ are the ext cab and reg cab the same?

 

nope they arnt, ext cab is bigger, you can see how it increases if you look at the roof, i always thought they were too, but i was wrong.

Is it impossible to just make my own? Could I just go to a glass shop and get some tinted lexan and cut it out and put it in?

 

Yeah. Just gotta make sure you practice cutting on some other scrap lexan pieces just so you don't mess up on your larger actual piece.

 

Has anyone here done one? Just curious how you did the template. If I had the one piece rear window I would be set, but this 4 piece is KILLING me. Anyone have any pics of the rear glass with the 1 piece, glass or lexan?

 

Here you go bud. this is the one i had installed at the local glass shop. cost of glass and install was 120 out the door. and I kept the old glass...for a minute.

 

Is it lexan or glass? Looks good! Think I might go and see if they can do a deal like that for me now, lol.
