Ok so I found my new air tank I want it's polished aluminum 9" x32" but it doesn't have any kind of mounting "feet" on it. So I need some opinions on the best way to install it. I was thinking of making some brackets that have a half inch bigger diameter to mount some 1/4" rubber so it doesn't scratch the tank. I was thinkin of using like a strap outta polished aluminum but I don't want it to look tacky. Any input is appreciated

Make one that looks like the holders for Nos bottles in fact depending on tank diameter you might be able to use a Nos bottle holder

I drew somethin up I think I'll make it outta some steel less than1/4" but will have like a hinged top so the tank won't slide anywhere I'll post up my drawing when I get home maybe you guys can give me some advice.
