Alright this question has probably gone through everyone’s head at one point so I can’t be the first one. The flares on a 620 look extremely similar to the same size as the second gen Toyota’s. Even if they aren’t perfect they have to be close enough to modify? I’ve found about one set of flares that are guaranteed to fit on the 79-83 generation Toyota’s but they just don’t fit the look I’m going for.
I’ll post pictures of my truck (80 pickup/hilux) and a 620 Datsun. Don’t mind my trimmed fenders, they have been chopped to fit the 15x10s on there now haha.

To anybody who is interested, I ordered some flares for a 620 from an eBay seller in Thailand. The quality is very nice, and they actually fit up to the truck quite well. They will obviously need some grinding and body filler to fit flush, but I have a good starting point.

thanks man, I just finished up with the rust repairs on it this week and should be starting on the flares and body filler soon. I took some pictures of it with all of them on as they currently sit but I can’t tell if they look right. Almost look like they are too low on the body from some angles. If you see the flares looking kind of weird let me know from the pictures.

I've been wanting to do the same. Can I ask what your rim and tire set up is?

Been very busy with the rest of the truck so I finally took a break from the body work and had some help getting the flares installed. I used small beauty washers from Downstar hardware with the metal rivnuts. Very expensive, but definitely worth it. I’m going to have to trim up the front flares after I lower it since they will rub. But they turned out pretty good and give the truck a much more aggressive stance.

Got the truck painted with the flares this last week. It came with some rubber trim to put around the flares and made it look a lot neater. Turned out great and super happy with the truck. Getting lots of thumbs up with it haha
