So I was filling the coolant up on my truck and it just started running out of the tube underneath the intake.

Is there a gasket that goes on this tube or is it just the rubber o-ring?

Both surfaces were clean and free of debris before I put it on but i guess that didnt work good enough.
I couldnt really get a good picture of it but any help would be apprieciated!

underneath the INTAKE? -or the THROTTLE BODY?

the one under the throttle body is for the IAC (idle air control valve) -u may have to remove the whole throttle body n disassemble the IAC valve and clean out all the passages, and the hoses -as well as where they fit into on the engine.

or the hose itself may be bad

What tube? The upper rad hose? The thermostat housing?

the tube runs to the heater hoses on the firewall but when i pulled it off it looked like the oring was worn out, it was flat and cracked so tomorrow im getting a new one and see if that helps

You noticed it was flat and cracked but didn't replace it?! *facepalm* Orings might last 20 years undisturbed they don't go back together like that.
