Replying without paying attention to the post being replied to always makes people look smart.

As to the question at hand, no. I have no use for electric power in any vehicle.

I commend anyone's efforts to modify anything. I just don't know what the benefits would be.... :D

It doesn't work out cost effectively in any case, though... (if the idea is trying to save money). Unless of course someone else is paying for the electricity. As far as emissions are concerned, it's got to be a wash, it still takes the same energy to accelerate from 0 to 45 mph, so the only difference would be that the emissions aren't being spewed from the tail pipe, but from the power company's stacks.
I love the idea of electrics, they just aren't marketable without being forced on the majority of the population. Either by raising the cost of fossil fuels, or subsidizing the cost of the hybrid/electric. In either case, I get stuck with the bill whether I support it or not.

Modifications are always commended though. Electrics would be awesome for drag racing.

^^ second paragraph couldn't have said it any Better

But I'm a gear head and just can't give in to hybrids . I despise them and see them as a threat to the freedom of modifying and car culture in general but that's just me
