Has anyone figured out the steps to coil over the 83-88 bodies?
I am really interested in doing this to my truck and would like to be a little more educated on the process and parts involved.

Well there are a few ways. I cant give you step by step but I can give you a jist. Depends on fabrication ability as well. Ive seen numerous rides done both ways. 1st way and probably harder yet more reliable overall and operational quality would be to make rear an independant suspension by swapping out with another ride like a 240 miata rx7 or supra that they make nice coils and parts for and then making a mount plate for the front and running coils up front and I think you can remove the torsions if you did this up front. 2nd way and easier yet not as quality ride goes would be to build a bridge like a bagged truck and mount coil springs over axle...works but doesnt look as good or have the independant ability on both corners. It would pretty much be like bagging your truck but using coilovers instead of bags. Im sure someone else has better suggestions and maybe even pics but thought Id try to help a bit.
