So i got the coil and ignitor from a 91 maybe and am trying to hook it up to a distributor from a 85 ( electronic pickup, vacume advance ) The coil has a grey rectangle plug with 2 wires on it that would go to the distributor, the distributor has a green plug with 2 wires in it that would go to the coil. I imagin i just splice these to plugs together. The part i need help with is the connector on the ignitor.. what do I need to power, ground, whatever...

well crap the stupid ignitor on the coil doesnt work. I tested it on a customers car we had here in the shop ( shhh dont tell anyone lol ) and it wouldnt start. Swapped out the coil with the customers, still no start..damn. so... does anyone have an extra coil and ignitor with the green circle connector?
