None! Not even in the parts catalog. Usually, the non-USA parts are different since they have different DOT requirements, but the tail lights are the same here and over there. You can order the ones with the chrome trim if you want to go a little different.
I love the look of clear tails on white trucks. I love my Tahoe's clear frosted tails. Illegal as hell but I love em. btw, please stay away from the chrome backed tails. They are cheesy as f@#K 89-95 clear tails on Amazon.
could always swap out to a style of taillight that comes in clear. Not as period correct, but if you got the right ones it wouldn't look too far out of place. Sure, it'd involve some fab and a load of hunting for a proper matching style, but well worth it if you're set on the look.

The chrome is only around the reverse light lens instead of being black. You also may be lucky to find the rare tail light assemblies that had the chrome rim. I know "not forgotten" is looking for some.
